Who else can find themselves getting caught up in the outcome and not enjoy the process?

As a result, we can become frustrated at the journey, leaving us questioning the work we do.

Watch this video to understand the vital importance of wisdom for personal growth and get the L3 framework to help you focus on the process, not the outcome.

Intentional Actions

L3 framework

1.  Love (what you do)

When you love your work unconditionally, you will be in flow with the process. Life is too short not to love something that you do.

Ask yourself this question how could I love this project 5% more?

2. Learn (every day)

If you identify as a learner, no effort is wasted. You will pay attention to the process, not the outcomes.

3. Leave seeds (for growth)

Part of the reason we become frustrated with our growth is when waiting eagerly for the fruition of only one outcome.

This world is uncertain embrace it. Be prepared for multiple outcomes by remaining open to possibility.
