When I began coaching, I didn't incorporate these mind-body techniques at the start of every session. As a result, I couldn't take the clients deep enough to permeate their subconscious

 

I would get the answer, “I don’t know”, to questions. 

 

They were displaying dysregulated nervous systems and hence couldn't access the wisdom of the body. 

 

Listen to your body. If throughout the day you feel stressed, pay attention to the body’s tension and ask it questions.
